IIT-Jodhpur Launches BTech in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science
IIT Jodhpur will offer a new undergraduate program in AI and Data Science from the academic session 2020–21. This new BTech program will include subjects in computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, data science, machine learning, and more.
Students opting for this course can specialise in areas of visual computing, socio-digital realities, robotics, language technologies, and Artificial Intelligence of Things. Another aspect of the course is that students will have an option to pursue an MBA in the fifth year under the dual-degree program with the School of Management and Entrepreneurship.
Students belonging to this program will be a part of scientific innovations for solving local and global engineering and social problems in collaboration with the industry. Also, they will have an opportunity to explore transdisciplinary research agenda fostering collaborative opportunities across all the departments of IIT Jodhpur and partner organisations.
